Pork chops are a favorite at my house. They’re quick to prepare and can be ready in under 30 minutes with very little hands-on time.
That makes them perfect for a quick weeknight supper or an easy weekend meal when guests are coming. I often make my skillet pork chops or slow cooker pork chops, but this version is one of our household favorites. It’s simple to make and full of flavor — truly delicious.
They’re so popular that my whole family agrees on them, and my son even requests this dish. When a child asks for something other than sweets, you know it’s worth making. Because everyone loves it, I never worry about dinner battles — it’s a meal everyone will eat without complaint.
This recipe uses that irresistible bacon jam I shared previously. While bacon jam is fantastic straight off a spoon, spreading it on pork chops takes them to another level. It brings bright, savory-sweet depth and is a great reason to keep bacon jam on hand.
Here’s my Bacon Jam Pork Chops recipe — simple, family-friendly, and full of flavor. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
