Cookies are always a welcome treat, and this recipe is one I turn to when time is limited. My family, especially the kids, absolutely adore these cookies. They’re simple enough that children can help with mixing and dropping the dough, which makes baking together fun. If your household loves Oreo cookies, this recipe will feel like a natural favorite.

These cookies are rich with the flavor of Oreo cream pudding, giving each bite a silky, sweet note. They keep well, so you can bake them a few days ahead and still enjoy soft, tasty cookies later. They pair beautifully with a cup of coffee or tea and make a comforting accompaniment to any casual gathering or cozy moment at home.

I’ve used this recipe for years because it’s consistent and easy. The cookies reliably come out soft, which I consider essential for a great cookie. No special baking skills are required — just basic ingredients and simple steps. I often double or triple the batch because my family devours them before they cool.
