Blackberry Moscow Mule

I’ve been wanting to share a cocktail recipe for a while, and this refreshing Blackberry Moscow Mule was worth the wait. It’s crisp, bright, and perfect for spring.

Moscow Mules remain one of my favorite cocktails. I previously shared a Cranberry Orange Moscow Mule for the holidays, and now I’m embracing spring flavors with blackberries. While blackberries peak later in the season, they’re commonly available year-round at most grocery stores.

Instead of the traditional ginger beer, I used Canada Dry® Blackberry Ginger Ale to boost the blackberry flavor. This seasonal soda adds a lovely color and a hint of real ginger for the expected zing, making the cocktail both familiar and unique.

Blackberry Ginger Ale

Canada Dry™ is made with real ginger, so you still get the peppery kick that defines a Moscow Mule. The Blackberry Ginger Ale’s vibrant hue and fruity finish make this version particularly lovely for spring gatherings.

These Blackberry Moscow Mules are versatile and easy to make. They work well for brunch, Mother’s Day, casual evenings, or even as a signature cocktail at a wedding. For kid- or family-friendly events, omit the vodka for a refreshing mocktail.

Enjoy!
