Ingredients

  • 16 ounces spaghetti
  • 26 ounces marinara sauce
  • 2 20- ounce loaves of frozen garlic bread
  • 12 ounces SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare spaghetti according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
  • Toss pasta in a large bowl with half of the marinara sauce.
  • Bake the garlic bread and cook the popcorn shrimp according to package directions.
  • Cut each loaf of garlic bread into four equal pieces to make eight sandwich slices total.
  • Top half of the garlic bread slices with a portion of the spaghetti. Add extra marinara over the pasta if desired.
  • Divide the mozzarella evenly over the spaghetti, then add popcorn shrimp and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Top each sandwich with the remaining slice of garlic bread and serve warm.
