Mother’s Day is the perfect occasion to bring together friends and family for a celebratory brunch. Our founder Melissa, a frequent contributor to MarthaStewart.com, applied her signature eye for style to create this elegant spring table. She incorporated Martha Stewart product elements and built a black-and-white palette enlivened with pops of pink. With a playful polka-dotted tablecloth and fresh floral arrangements, the setting feels bright, cheerful, and ideal for celebrating moms.

Melissa suspended Vintage Girl Pink Pom Poms above the table to introduce a bold, feminine touch and arranged three compact spring floral bouquets beneath each pom pom to anchor the look and add natural texture.

Personalized place cards were finished with Doily Lace Gold Thread, lending a delicate, handcrafted feel to each setting while reinforcing the floral theme throughout the table.

To balance the warm metallic sheen of the silverware, Melissa placed sparkling pink lemonade on Vintage Girl Coasters at every place. The glasses and coasters introduce a cohesive color accent that complements the florals and linens.

The result is a thoughtfully curated table that combines contemporary styling with nostalgic, vintage details. The contrast of black and white with soft pinks and touches of gold creates an inviting, celebratory atmosphere suited to a relaxed, elegant Mother’s Day brunch.
